The GRS stocks are considered a 99% drop-in inlet. Some stocks may require slight adjustments to the inletting for a perfect fit. Complete rifles purchased will be test fitted before shipping, but there may be slight adjustments necessary by the customer. GRS recommends that the stocks are epoxy bedded, but the stocks may be used without bedding if so desired.
The GRS stocks are oil finished, and from time to time they may need additional oil applied after extensive field use or handling. We are waiting for oil touch-up kits to be sent over from GRS and will offer those for sale on our parts page.
As with any stock finish, do not place any tape or other adhesive on the surface. This may damage the finish underneath and void your warranty.
