Welcome,
Please read all of the information below in regards to our policies, warranty, and shipping details.
Before contacting the service center, please read this section. Most questions we receive are answered here.
If you have concerns about a newly purchased product, please start with the dealer where you purchased the product. This is the first step in the process of getting the necessary assistance for repairs or replacement.
At ANSCHÜTZ North America, our goal is to provide a full range of spare parts for all currently manufactured models of air, smallbore, and centerfire rifles. This is to help support the customer in case there is a lost or broken part to the rifle, as well as to offer options for upgrades and custom work.
Finding these parts usually involves a detailed search on the internet or with former suppliers. Also, be aware that out-of-production items such as triggers are very expensive on the open market, and what may have seemed like a great deal can easily turn into a very expensive project. If the "vintage" rifle is priced very low, chances are that it is missing a critical part which is nearly impossible to find.
Please keep this in mind when purchasing older rifles which are missing a stock, bolts, or triggers. If you are in doubt, please contact us before making a bad purchase. We receive emails time to time from frustrated people who don't take the time to investigate this prior to purchase, and ultimately, we have to inform them they have heavily invested in a "wall hanger" rather than a functioning firearm.
The general rule-of-thumb is 7 years from last production date as to if parts will be available, and realistically it's more like 5 years. If in doubt, contact us before purchase.

Information About Service and Warranty Repairs
Service & Warranty policy
- If any parts are found to be defective within two years from the original date of purchase from one of our authorized dealers, ANSCHÜTZ North America will replace or repair any of these items under "Warranty."
- If the firearm or associated parts are found to be damaged from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or alteration by an unaffiliated service center, individual, or gunsmith, the product's warranty is to be considered void at that time.
- If the firearm is being sold through a non-authorized dealer, the warranty will be subject to review. If we find that your rifle is a "Grey Market" item, you will be subject to full service center fees. We will immediately contact you if we find that your rifle is a Grey Market item.
- We do not provide shipping labels or pay for shipping to our facility.
- ANSCHÜTZ North America will evaluate each service and warranty request and contact the owner with an estimate prior to any repairs taken place.
- If you send in an older rifle for service or repairs, and we find that it requires the replacement of a part which is out of production and we cannot source, you will still be responsible for the labor charges.
All service balances must be paid in full prior to the item being returned.
Items left in the service center for longer than 90 days after repairs are completed will be deemed abandoned, with ownership being transferred to ANSCHÜTZ North America.
Service time frame
The general service time-frame is 3 to 4 weeks.
We try to make the repairs sooner, but at times we have to wait on special parts from Germany, and this can delay repairs. Please do not call the service center before 4 weeks time. We will contact you once we have completed the service or if there are any questions.

Additional Shipping Information
How to ship your rifle
1. Remove the scope from your rifle prior to shipping. If there is an accuracy problem with the rifle, we will use our own scope and mount to test the rifle. We will not insure the scope for loss or damage when we return the rifle back to the customer.
2. Remove any silencers, slings, or any aftermarket items prior to shipping. Do not send along cleaning rods, rod guides, or extra magazines.
3. Insure your rifle when you mail it - we are not responsible for any damage to rifles that are shipped to the Service Center.
4. Package your rifle well - if you are unsure how to do this, work with your local gunshop for assistance in proper packaging and shipping. We are receiving damaged rifles from time to time due to poor packaging.
5. Do not send a rifle in a plain case. Theft of rifles cases is high due to the fact that everyone knows at a glance the contents. Further, most rifle cases are not strong enough for shipment. Some how, get a cardboard box around it. We have extra original shipping boxes and foam inserts, just ask for one to be shipped out. We will only charge for the shipping of the box.
6. If the service requested does not involve the stock, remove your stock and just ship the barreled action and bolt. Many stocks are broken during shipping due to the rough handling by the carriers.
7. If you have any questions, please contact the Service center via e-mail.

ANSCHÜTZ Warranty
Anschutz warranty
It has come to our attention that ANSCHÜTZ products are being brought into the USA market outside of our established importation and authorized dealer network. These are known as "Grey Market" guns. These do not have a warranty in the USA..!
Currently, only firearms and air rifles imported through ANSCHÜTZ North America / GSI Inc. and their authorized dealers are covered by warranty in the USA. The warranty is also honored for ANSCHÜTZ manufactured products imported by SAI and Champion's Choice up until the 2 year warranty point is reached - from the time of manufacturer, and not at the time of purchase. We do give an allowance for some items which are older than 2 years but recently purchased new, such as close-out stock and in other instances.
If you elect to purchase an ANSCHÜTZ product outside of this network, you will need to make all warranty claims with the agent or dealer where you purchased from or export the product back to Germany for warranty repairs.
ANSCHÜTZ North America will still be able to service these products, but the warranty will not be honored in some situations and applicable service and replacement fees will apply.
Grey Market guns may not be NIB, even if they are claimed to be. They also may be returned guns to the dealer in Europe for various problems, and then imported as a new rifle into the USA. There is no way to verify the condition of any Grey Market rifles. In short, you may be purchasing a rifle which is actually used and / or damaged. This is why the warranty is void in USA.
The only exception to this policy is for our USA Military Service members returning from over-seas assignments. If you are a USA Military Service member and need service on a product you purchased for personal use while stationed in Europe, please contact our Service Center.
If you are looking to make a purchase and want to verify if the product was properly imported, we can check this if provided the serial number and purchase location.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of our sales agents at the main office. We will do what we can to work out issues or problems you may have with your rifle.
Thank you,
ANSCHÜTZ North America.
